Methods：ArticlesonthepreventionofVTEduringtheperioperativeperiodofipandkneearthroplastywereretrievedfrom UpToDate、 BMJ Best Practice、GIN、NICE、ACCP、AAOS、ASH、ESA、the Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase、 CBM、CNKI、VIP、WanFang Database，etc.Thesearch period wasfrom theestablishmentof thedatabasetoMarch 22，2023.The qualityoftheguidelineswasindependentlyevaluatedby4researchers，andthequalityoftheexpertconsensuswasindependently evaluatedby2researchers.EvidencewasextractedandthebestevidencewasintegratedResults：Atotalof4articleswereincluded， including7guideliesand7expertconsensations.Twenty-twobestpiecesofevidenceweresummarizedfromsixaspects：riskaesment andscreening，iskfactors，basicprevention，mechanicalprevention，drugprevention，andhealtheducation.Conclusions：Thebest evidencesummarizedinthisstudycanprovidereferenceformedicalstaftoformulateVTEpreventionplansforpatientsundergoinghip andkneearthoplastyringtepriopeatieprd ......
