AbstractObjective：Tosearch，evaluate，and integrateevidenceonpreoperativepulmonaryrehablitationmanagementforelderly lungcancerpatients.Methods：Asystematicsearchwasconductedforrelevant evidenceonthe managementofpreoperative pulmonary rehabiltioninelderlylungcancerpatients inrelevantassociationwebsites，guidelinewebsites，andChineseandEnglishdatabases， withatimeframefromtheestablishmentofthedatabasetoMarch3，2O24，forthesearch.TheacquiredliteratureWasevaluatedfor quality，screenedforvalidevidencebasedonprofessionaljudgmentandsystematicallysummarizedandintegrated.Results：Atotalof 12articleswerefinallyincluded，andatotalof2Opiecesofbestevidence weresummarizedfor8topics：pulmonaryrehablitation instructionalteam，prumonaryreabiliaonassessment，loationofpulmonarhabilitationrationofpulmonaryhabiiation exercisetraining，ealtheducation，ealthbehaviorchange，ndqualitycontrol.Conclusion：Thisstudyintegrates teevdeneelated topreoperativepulmonaryhabilitationmanageentinelderlylngancerpatients，rovidingofersvidencebasedsupprtcal staff to optimize practice，improve intervention effectiveness，and enhance scientific rigor and practicality. ......
