恶性肿瘤主要诊断的编码探讨
【摘 要】目的 按照国际疾病分类ICD-10的编码原则，通过对恶性肿瘤几种不同情况在ICD-10中分类编码的分析，帮助编码员及临床医师掌握恶性肿瘤的编码技巧，提高编码的准确性。方法 对我院2013年分类到恶性肿瘤的771份病例做了回顾性分析，了解恶性肿瘤错误的分类情况。结果 为了确保主要诊断的选择和编码的准确性，应加强编码员与临床医师之间的沟通，编码员要加强对临床知识的学习;临床医师对主要诊断的选择应加强培训。
