510例血液淋巴组织肿瘤及转移瘤患者骨髓检查分析(1)
【摘 要】目的 观察骨髓涂片联合骨髓活检对造血和淋巴组织肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 收集510例造血和淋巴组织肿瘤患者的骨髓活检切片和细胞学涂片，对两者诊断骨髓增生度及阳性率结果进行分析。结果 骨髓活检对诊断淋巴瘤BMI、骨髓纤维化、转移瘤、MDS等的阳性率高于涂片(P 均<0.01)；对骨髓增生度的诊断高于涂片。结论 骨髓活检能较完整地提供组织结构，对正确判定骨髓增生度较涂片有优越性，骨髓活检与涂片结合可提高造血和淋巴组织肿瘤诊断的准确率。
