【摘 要】目的 探讨京都Ⅱ型血糖仪，对不同类型标本应用的对比分析。方法 随机采集糖尿病病人标本分别用血糖仪测定末梢血和静脉血血糖，并将静脉血血浆在全自动生化分析仪上测定血糖，将各测定结果进行对比。结果 用血糖仪检测时，其末梢、静脉全血结果和全自动生化分析仪检测结果无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 京都Ⅱ型血糖仪测定方便快捷，未梢血测定结果与生化分析仪测定结果基本一致，可作为糖尿病患者的自我监测和医院床旁血糖快速测定的有效工具。
