【摘 要】目的：研究甲硝唑联合头孢氨苄治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法：选取58例牙周炎患者随机分为两组(各29例)，比较治疗效果和疼痛消失时间。结果：两组患者疼痛消失时间和治疗总有效率相比，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论：在治疗牙周炎临床上甲硝唑+头孢氨苄可缩短患者疼痛症状消失时间，改善患者预后。
