【摘 要】本文通过探讨血浆microRNA-155(miR-155)在急性心肌梗死伴高血压中的表达变化及临床意义得到以下结论：血浆miR-155在急性心肌梗死伴高血压患者血浆中表达升高且表达水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度相关，提示血浆miR-155可能作为生物标志物用于临床诊断及治疗评价。
