【摘 要】目的：探讨创伤性血气胸的治疗。方法：对2008年4月～2011年12月收治的创伤性血气胸30例进行回顾性分析。结果：胸腔闭式引流20例，胸腔穿刺5例，剖胸探查5例。治愈29例，死亡1例。结论：本病处理不当死亡率高，应提高对创伤性血气胸的警惕，及时动态观察病情变化，熟练掌握创伤性血气胸的诊断与治疗。
