闭合复位交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折

     【摘 要】目的 探讨交锁髓内定治疗胫骨骨折的临床应用。方法 42例胫骨骨折均采用闭合复位，交锁髓内定内固定治疗，大部分扩髓。结果 全部病例均恢随访，平均19个月，骨折均愈合，关节功能无障碍，术后关节疼痛3例。结论 应用交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折需掌握好时机，适应症及治疗方法。

    [Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical application of interlocking intramedullary nail on treating tibiar shaft fractures. Methods 42 cases of tibiar shaft fractures were treated with close reduce and interlocking intramedullary nail.The most of fractures were reamed medulla cavity.Results All fractires were healed through 19 month follow-up on average.3 case felt knee joint pain after operation.Conclusion It is necessary to grasp time ......
