【摘 要】目的：探讨多频率彩超对肛周感染性疾病诊断的临床意义。方法：经手术证实，对照彩超检查前后结果，分析经彩超诊断的83例肛周感染性疾病超声诊断的临床价值。结果：83例患者中，彩超诊断发现单纯型脓肿38例，单纯型瘘管38例，复合型脓肿16例，肛周盆底脓肿1例。经临床手术证实，超声诊断符合率95.4%。结论：肛周疾病运用多频率彩超诊断率高、漏诊率低，定位准确，对临床手术具有指导意义。
