牵引配合旋扳手法及药物治疗颈椎病的临床效果评价(1)
【摘 要】目的 探讨牵引配合旋扳手法及药物治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 对46例颈型及神经根型颈椎病患者采用牵引配合旋扳手法及药物治疗，统计治疗前后VAS、JOA评分结果 46例患者经治疗后，颈肩及上肢症状均得到了不同程度的缓解。治疗后VAS、JOA评分显著优于治疗前(P<0.05)结论 针对颈型及神经根型颈椎病患者采用牵引配合旋扳手法及药物治疗，疗效确切，治愈率高，值得推广。
