【摘 要】传统的教学模式教学方法较单一，是以教师为主体、学生只是被动的接受知识，方法较古板、教学效果不理想，抑制了学生的主动性和创造力，为了培养实用性人才、适应于职业教育的发展，在病案教学中采用PBL教学法，将更适用于病案教学的特点。以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)，是以学生为中心的教学方式，明显的提高学生效率和实践技能。在工作中以具体的哪个科病历编码特点，通过师生互动的讨论，增加学生对各个科编码思路，最终提高学生主诊断的编码水平。
