【摘 要】随着人们健康意识及保健意识的增强，对医院的护理工作提出了更高的要求，从只注重护理技术向注重护理服务转变，真正以患者为中心，为患者提供更加用心、更加优质的护理服务，赢得患者的满意。文章就在急诊病房开展优质护理服务进行了简单的总结，患者的满意度大大提高，护士的整体素质也得到显著的提高。
