    【摘 要】目的：探究B超检测在产前筛查和产前诊断中的应用价值。方法：根据产前筛查与诊断方式不同将120例孕妇分为照组与观察组，各60例。对照组中孕妇应用血清标志物筛查结合羊水细胞核染色体检查。观察组中孕妇应用血清标志物筛查联合B超检测诊断。比较两组诊断结果的准确率。结果：观察组准确率达92.9%，明显优于对照组中的准确61.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：B超检测在产前筛查和产前诊断中具有重要应用价值。
