【摘 要】绝经前后诸证即于绝经前后妇女出现的一系列证候，于绝经前后多数妇女会表现出不适感，变化涉及患者心理层面与身体层面。其临床特点为复杂多样性，若病情严重会对患者生活质量产生严重影响。现代医学认为本病为绝经综合征，将卵巢功能降低作为其主要病因，同时还关联于自由基、神经递质、血管舒张、雌孕激素受体以及免疫因素等。祖国医学认为该病病因为肾虚。本文为详细探讨中药治疗绝经前后诸证，现从万方、中国知网以及维普等数据库查阅大量资料，综合分析后开展概述。
