【摘 要】药房是一个医院面向社会、服务大众的重要科室，起着保管药品、发放药物并提供药学咨询服务的作用，在医院各科室中是非常重要的一环，如何进一步提高药房管理工作水平，强化用药的安全性，是药剂科工作人员不断探寻的重要课题。

    [Abstract]Pharmacy is an important department in a hospital that is for the society and serves the public. It plays a significant role in medication custody， dispensing medication and providing pharmacy consulting and it is absolutely a very important section attached to every departments in the hospital. How to further improve pharmacy management and strengthen drug use security has been an important issue continued to be explored by the pharmacy staff.
