【摘 要】 病毒感染免疫检验对疾病诊断、预防接种及治疗、发病机制的判断等具有非常重要的作用。由于免疫检验不仅能够明确待检物病毒类型，且对特定抗体浓度也可进行测定，因此它在病毒检验中占据着非常重要的地位。本研究基于早期病毒检验技术到新兴病毒检验技术的变更，对病毒感染免疫检验的研究进展进行了分析，以期对病毒检验技术的改进有所帮助。
