【摘 要】目的：分析B型超声引导下围绝经期妇女宫内节育器取出术的临床效果。方法：选择我院2013年7月至2015年6月之间收治的72例围绝经期妇女宫内节育器取出术患者作为观察对象，根据患者的病历号尾数分为研究组35例和参照组37例。参照组患者应用常规取环术进行治疗，研究组患者则应用B型超声引导下围绝经期妇女宫内节育器取出术进行治疗，对两组的临床疗效进行对比。结果：研究组患者的手术时间短于参照组、术中出血量低于参照组，差异显著(P<0.05)；研究组的疼痛情况低于参照组、一次取环成功率和满意度均高于参照组，差异结果均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：B型超声引导下围绝经期妇女宫内节育器取出术具有较高的应用价值，能够缩短手术时间、提高成功率，值得进一步研究和推广。

    [Abstract]Objective：To analysis the clinical effect of Type B ultrasound guided IUD removal surgery for perimenopausal women.Methods：72 cases of perimenopausal women underwent IUD removal surgery in our hospital during July 2013 to June 2015 were selected as research object.The patients were divided into two groups according to their medical record number.The research group had 35 cases and the control group had 37 cases.Control group patients received conventional IUD removal surgery and the research group patients received Type B ultrasound guided IUD removal surgery.Clinical curative effects in the two groups were compared.Results：operation time of patients in the research group was shorter than that of the control group and operative blood loss was less than that of the control group.The differences were statistical significant(P<0.05).Pain index in the research group was lower than that of the control group ......
