【摘 要】 目的：研究脊柱骨折患者应用循证护理模式的效果。方法：选取2015年9月至2018年1月在本院接受治疗的脊柱骨折患者120例，随机将其划分为对照组和观察组两组，每组各60例。对照组行常规护理，观察组行循证护理模式，比较两组护理效果。结果：对照组患者总并发症发生率为76.7%，明显高于观察组患者的28.3%(P<0.05)。结论：循证护理模式在脊柱骨折患者中应用效果显著，明显降低并发症，效果良好。
