【摘 要】 目的：观察并分析中西药治疗结节性红斑的临床效果。方法：将在本院进行治疗的60例结节性红斑患者列入对照组，给予常规西药治疗;将同期在本院进行治疗的另外61例患者列入研究组，给予中西药治疗;对比分析两组治疗方法的临床应用效果。结果：研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后均未发生严重的不良反应，经过3个月的随访观察，研究组的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：中西药治疗结节性红斑的临床效果显著，可有效提高治疗有效率，降低患者复发率，进一步改善患者生活质量。

    [Abstract] Objective：To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of nodular erythema. Methods： 60 patients with nodular erythema treated in our hospital were included in the control group and were treated with routine western medicine. Another 61 patients who were treated in our hospital during the same period were included in the study group and treated with Chinese and Western medicine. The clinical effects of two groups of treatment methods were compared and analyzed.
