【摘要】目的：探究瘢痕子宫妊娠孕妇经联合不同途径开展超声检查的效果及价值。方法：择取2017年4月至2018年8月人民医院收治的56例瘢痕子宫妊娠孕妇为研究對象，分别行经腹超声、经阴道超声及经腹联合经阴道超声检查，应用统计学软件比较3种检查方式对瘢痕子宫妊娠检出率及漏诊情况。结果：经腹超声诊断准确率为75.00%(42/56)，经阴道超声诊断准确率为78.57%(44/56)，联合超声诊断准确率为94.64%(53/56)，联合诊断准确率显著高于两种诊断方式单独应用效果，数据差异经比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：经阴道联合经腹超声对瘢痕子宫妊娠具有较高的诊断有效率，可对孕妇分娩方式的选择、医生治疗干预方案的制定提供有效依据。
