【摘 要】 目的：分析核医学检查期间辅以人性化护理干预的应用价值。方法：本次研究以2018年2月至2019年2月于本院接受核医学科检查患者86例为对象，参照抽签结果分为观察组与对照组，对照组辅以常规护理干预，观察组辅以人性化护理干预，观察两组患者疗效。结果：两组患者未接受护理干预前依从性、心态无明显差异，经护理干预后，观察组患者依从评分(7.41±1.01)分明显高于对照组，SAS评分(35.03±1.04)分、SDS评分(34.37±1.02)分较对照组低(P<0.05)，同时观察组患者用药错误发生率、意外事故发生率、护患纠纷发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对本次护理服务更为满意。结论：核医学科检查期间辅以人性化护理干预可提高患者依从性，改善不良心态，预防意外情况。
