【摘 要】 目的：探究阴道助产技术对降低剖宫产率的影響以及其护理情况。方法：以初产妇100例(所选时间为2017年1月至2018年6月)为研究对象，简单随机化法分组，对照组行传统助产技术护理，研究组则行阴道助产技术护理，分析两组初产妇干预的结果。结果：研究组初产妇的剖宫产率(30.00%)明显低于对照组的剖宫产率(50.00%)，P<0.05;研究组初产妇的产后出血量明显低于对照组，其总产程明显短于对照组，P<0.05;研究组产后不良结局发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：初产妇接受阴道助产技术干预，可有效对剖宫产率进行控制，提高分娩的安全性，意义重大。
