【摘 要】目的：研究硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊高症疗效。方法：选本院妊高症患者140例，随机均分成两组。对照组：单纯采用硫酸镁治疗;研究组：采用硫酸镁和硝苯地平联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗结局。结果：两组患者hs-CRP、sVCAM-1的水平均有一定程度的改善，但研究组改善程度优于对照组;两组患者血压水平均有不同程度的改善，但研究组患者DBPV、SBPV的水平改善更明显差异显著，P<0.05。结论：硫酸镁以及硝苯地平联合应用治疗妊高症能够显著降低患hs-CRP、sVCAM-1的水平，降低患者的血压，对妊高症的治疗与控制有显著的积极意义，是一种优秀的临床用药治疗方案。
