【摘 要】 目的：分析头皮静脉采血与股静脉采血对婴幼儿采血的临床效果。方法：选取本院采集血液标本的患儿200例，随机分成两组，对照组行股静脉采血，观察组行头皮静脉采血，比较两组采血效果。结果：观察组采血时间、疼痛程度、采血效果均显著优于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：对婴幼儿采取头皮静脉采血，可有效缩短整体的采血时间，降低患儿对疼痛的敏感性。
