【摘 要】 目的：分析规避产科护理不良事件中应用PDCA循环管理的效果及护理。方法：选取本院产科2017年7月至2018年7月收治的孕产妇160例为对照组，实施普通管理模式;选取2018年8月至2019年8月收治的孕产妇160例为研究组，实施PDCA循环管理模式，分析对比两组管理效果。结果：研究组护理总体满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理不良事件总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在产科中应用PDCA循环管理模式，可有效规避产科护理不良事件发生以及提升患者护理满意度。

    [Abstract] Objective：To analyze the effect and nursing of PDCA circulation management in avoiding obstetric nursing adverse events. Methods： A total of 160 pregnant women were enrolled in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology from July 2017 to July 2018. The general management model was adopted. 160 cases of pregnant women were selected from August 2018 to August 2019.The PDCA cycle management mode was implemented to analyze and compare the management effects of the two groups. Results： The overall satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion： The PDCA cycle management mode can be applied in obstetrics. Effectively avoid adverse events in obstetric care and improve patient care satisfaction. ......
