【摘 要】 目的：探究中西医结合治疗女性系统性红斑狼疮的优势及临床预后效果。方法：选取本院2017年10月至2019年10月收治的女性系统性红斑狼疮患者72例，随机分为两组各36例，对照组采用泼尼松治疗，观察组在对照组基础上增加中医对症自拟处方治疗，观察两组治疗效果、狼疮活动积分和激素用量。结果：观察组患者治疗有效率(94.44%)显著高于对照组(75.00%)，差异显著，有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者狼疮活动积分、激素用量均显著低于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗女性系统性红斑狼疮的效果良好，可以改善患者预后，降低激素用量。
