【摘 要】 目的：探讨经皮穴位电刺激疗法在妇科腹腔镜患者术后恶心呕吐中的应用效果。方法：选取2018年1月至2019年12月本院收治的100例妇科腹腔镜手术患者，随机分为两组，均采取静吸复合全麻。观察组麻醉诱导前和术中持续经皮穴位电刺激患者的双侧足三里穴和内关穴，对照组没有经受电刺激。结果：观察组腹腔镜术后6h、12h恶心的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后6h、12h和24h呕吐的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：经皮穴位电刺激疗法能预防妇科腹腔镜患者术后恶心呕吐。
