【摘 要】 目的：探讨在治疗肺癌脑转移患者中应用适形调强放疗和靶向治疗的效果和安全性。方法：选取96例自2018年4月至2019年4月治疗肺癌脑转移的患者，分成兩组。对照组48例患者实施适形调强放疗治疗，观察组48例患者在对照组基础上再给予靶向治疗。分析各组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗有效率高于对照组，且观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在治疗肺癌脑转移患者中应用适形调强放疗和靶向治疗的效果比较显著。
