【摘 要】目的：探讨应用16层螺旋CT及后处理技术对DR检查可疑骨折的诊断价值。方法：选取2016年1月到2017年2月我院就诊的50例DR诊断可疑骨折患者，患者均行16层螺旋CT诊断，根据患者CT轴位、MRP以及3D图像资料，回顾性分析其诊断技术的应用价值。结果：50例患者DR检查均为显示明显骨折线，CT扫描下确诊41例骨折，9例无骨折，诊断阳性率为82.0%。结论：采用16层螺旋CT及后处理技术对DR检查可疑骨折进行诊断具有重要的价值，可弥补X射线检查存在的不足，提高骨折的诊断率，为临床实施有效的治疗提供重要的信息和依据。
