    2.6 Statistical analysis

    The results were presented as mean±SD. Multiple group comparisons were performed by SPSS 13.0 software. using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Dunnett's test in order to detect inter-group differences. p < 0.05 was considered as statistically significant.
