【摘 要】我院在开展单孔腹腔镜的起步阶段，现对 3 例输卵管妊娠的患者，采用经脐单孔腹腔镜下行输卵管切除术，术前严格患者的自身准备、 仪器准备和术中配合，以及术后的观察护理。结果顺利完成了 3 例单孔腹腔镜下输卵管切除手术用于治疗输卵管异位妊娠患者，取得了手术后基 本达到腹部无瘢痕的良好的临床效果。

    【Summary】Our hospital is developing the initial stage of single port laparoscopy. Now， 3 cases of patients with tubal pregnancy are treated by umbilical single port laparoscopic salpingectomy.
