【摘 要】目的：探讨氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗皮肤癌临床疗效。方法：随机选择2016年2月-2017年2月在我院治疗的80名皮肤癌患者，将其分为两个组，对照组采用传统的手术治疗方法，研究组则采用氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗。结果：研究组的疗效明显优于对照组；研究组的手术创伤面积显著小于对照组；治疗费用以及住院时间远优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗皮肤癌的临床效果较为理想，值得在临床上进一步推广。
