【摘 要】目的：观察研究长期应用小剂量阿斯匹林的冠心病患者上消化道损伤情况。方法：228例冠心病患者服用三个月阿斯匹林100mg/天，前、后行胃镜检查上消化道粘膜的病变情况。结果：浅表性胃炎、糜烂或出血性胃炎的发生率显著增加(P<0.05)。结论：长期应用小剂量阿斯匹林可能发生上消化道并发症，临床应予注意。

    The Study of Effect of prolonged low-dose Aspirin on stomach injury

    【Abstract】Objective：To determine the gastric injury associated with prolonged low-dose aspirin in patients. Methods：228 cases taking with low-dose aspirin (100mg Daily) for 3 months were investigated by endoscopy. Results：The morbidity of gastric injury was significantly higher after the antiplatelet therapy (P<0.05). Conclusion：Prolonged low-dose aspirin may damage stomach and much importance should be attached to it.
