乳腺癌术中保留胸上静脉对术后引流时间影响(2)
胸上静脉是腋静脉的一条属支，第一、二肋间隙前部的静脉血可经此静脉回流入腋静脉。乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结清扫术中，此靜脉通常被结扎、切断。而本研究发现，术中若保留此静脉，术后患者的引流时间普遍较未保留的患者缩短，且引流时间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。这可能是因为术中结扎、切断胸上静脉会导致第一、二肋间隙前部的静脉回流障碍，使术区液体生成增多，引流液增多，引流时间延长。因此保留胸上静脉的手术操作可能有助于减少引流液的生成，缩短引流时间，可为外科医生进行乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结清扫提供参考。
