【摘要】人们对护理人员的护理质量有着更高的需求，医院需要开展有效的护理管理。分层管理是一种创新性的工作模式，能够和当前医院进行护理工作有着一定的相符性，可以让各个阶层的护理人员实现综合能力的发挥，最大层面提升工作人员的能动性。这样可以让患者实现不同护理层次需求的满足，能够更好地保障护理安全，以此让护理工作得到质量的提升。
