【摘要】目的：观察石韦散加减联合西医总攻疗法治疗泌尿系结石急症疗效。方法：将130例泌尿系结石急诊患者分为2组，治疗组72例，口服石韦散加减，对照组58例，口服“排石颗粒”1包 tid，两组患者剧烈疼痛时均予消炎镇痛结合大量输液治疗，疼痛缓解时改口服药。2组2周1疗程，连服2疗程。观察两组的疗效。结果：总有效率 观察组 94.74% ，对照组92.5%，差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论：石韦散加减联合西医总攻疗法治疗泌尿系结石急诊疗效肯定。
