空心螺钉内固定与人工股骨头置换治疗老年Garden II型股骨颈骨折疗效对比(2)
人工股骨头置换术避免了术后股骨头缺血坏死及骨折不愈合需二次手术治疗，同时可早期下地行功能锻炼，有效避免了长期卧床所带来的下肢深静脉血栓形成、坠积性肺炎、压疮等相关并发症，提高患者生活自理能力，减轻家庭及社会负担。
结合中国的医疗环境，患者一般难以接受二次手术，一期行人工股骨头置换，可减少不必要的医疗纠纷；同时在我国医疗资源相对紧张的情况下，人工髋关节置换可明显缩短患者住院时间，减少住院费用。
綜上所述，对于老年无移位股骨颈骨折，笔者推荐一期行人工股骨头置换，促使患者尽早下地活动，避免各种并发症的出现，早日恢复生活自理能力。但是临床医生更应该术前仔细评估患者，严格把握好手术指征，选择个体化治疗方案，促进患者早期康复。
