【摘要】目的：本文主要探讨人性化护理在十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔手术治疗中的应用。方法：将我院50例十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔患者分成参照组与实验组，各25例，参照组给予常规护理，实验组给予人性化护理，将两组患者临床效果进行比较。结果：实验组手术成功率明显要比参照组高，并且出血量、肛门排气时间均要优于参照组，均P<0.05，差异显著。结论：人性化护理在十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔手术治疗中的应用效果显著。
