[摘要] 肾综合征出血热是一种由汉坦病毒感染引起的传染病，起病急，易出现多种并发症，主要依靠实验室病原学检测结果进行最终诊断。本文报告了1例伴多种并发症肾综合征出血热病人，对其病例特征和病程进展进行分析，以期为该病诊疗和防治提供一定参考。
