[摘要] 葛根素是葛根总黄酮的主要单体成分之一，是一种异黄酮类植物雌激素，具有重要的药理作用，且不良反应小、安全性高。据报道，葛根素具有多种药理活性，包括抗炎、抗氧化应激、抗凋亡、抗自噬等作用，有益于缓解脑缺血再灌注损伤以及缺血性脑血管疾病的治疗。本文主要对近些年来葛根素在脑缺血再灌注损伤中的保护作用机制研究进行综述，以期为葛根素的进一步研究提供依据和思路。
