[摘要] 目的

    探讨胃转移性乳腺浸润性小叶癌(ILC)的临床病理特征及诊断要点。

    方法 分析1例胃转移性ILC病人的临床病理特征、免疫表型及临床表现，并复习相关文献。

    结果 本文病人既往有胃低分化腺癌病史，1年后发现左乳包块，经穿刺活检诊断为ILC。结合病史、胃黏膜和乳房穿刺活检以及免疫组织化学检查结果，最终诊断为胃转移性ILC。

    结论 ILC胃转移较为罕见。当有ILC病史的病人出现胃低黏附性癌且不伴有原位癌时，应考虑ILC胃转移的可能性，并可通过胃镜检查、活检及免疫组织化学染色加以鉴别。
