[摘要] 支气管肺发育不良(BPD)是早产儿常见肺部慢性疾病，可对机体各器官的发育产生深远影响。BPD对远期肺功能的影响尚无深入研究，其发生发展是否与儿童期哮喘相关尚无定论。本文就早产儿BPD与儿童期哮喘关系的相关研究进行综述。

    [Abstract] Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) is a common chronic lung disease in preterm infants and can exert long-term and far-reaching impacts on the development of organ systems in children. There is still a lack of in-depth studies in the influence of BPD on long-term pulmonary function， and no conclusion has been reached on the association between its development and progression and childhood asthma. This article reviews the studies on the association between BPD in preterm children and childhood asthma. ......
