[摘要]目的比较在快速康复外科(ERAS)理念下采用股骨颈动力交叉系统(FNS)内固定技术和空心松质螺钉(CCS)内固定技术治疗成人Pauwels Ⅲ型股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月—2023年1月我院骨科收治的Pauwels Ⅲ型股骨颈骨折病人59例。其中FNS组32例，采用ERAS结合FNS内固定手术方法治疗；CCS组27例，采用ERAS结合CCS内固定手术方法治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果FNS组在手术时间、住院时间、透视次数、负重时间、骨折愈合时间、股骨颈骨折短缩的程度及并发症发生率等方面均优于CCS组(t=4.126～9.050，P<0.001；Z=2.478，P<0.05；χ2=4.696，P<0.05)，术后6个月及末次随访时的Harris评分均高于CCS组(t=6.864、3.849，P<0.001)。结论结合ERAS的FNS内固定技术在股骨颈骨折治疗中效果显著，可为临床提供一定借鉴。
