[摘要]目的探讨化疗联合双特异性抗体卡度尼利治疗晚期胃癌病人的效果。方法收集分析我院1例胃腺癌病人的临床资料，并在中国知网和PubMed数据库中检索1990年1月—2023年12月的完整相关文献报道，分析总结其临床特点及治疗经验。结果该病人在我院接受多种化疗方案治疗期间，出现了病情进展以及骨髓抑制、神经毒性及肝功能异常等不耐受表现。在采用FOLFIRI化疗联合卡度尼利单抗免疫治疗后，病灶缩小，疗效评价为部分缓解。8个周期治疗结束后，病人行CT及胃镜检查均未见明显肿瘤病灶，疗效评价为完全缓解。结论卡度尼利联合化疗对胃腺癌病人有显著疗效，可有效降低肿瘤负荷。
