[摘要]目的评价舌背黏膜瓣修复大型前腭瘘的临床效果。方法对5例大型前腭瘘病人进行舌背黏膜瓣修复，追踪随访，从功能角度评价修复后临床效果。结果5例病人术后腭瘘得到修复，无穿孔，无出血，无感染坏死；病人对外观和咀嚼、言语功能均较为满意。结论应用舌背黏膜瓣可以安全有效地修复大型前腭瘘，良好地重建口腔功能。
