[摘要]目的探讨临床药师参与碳青霉烯类耐药铜绿假单胞菌(CRPA)抗感染治疗的作用。方法分析2例CRPA感染病人的特点、标本病原微生物培养与药敏试验结果，临床药师全程参与制定治疗方法，选用有效抗菌药物进行治疗。结果本文2例病人病原微生物培养出CRPA，药敏试验结果在敏感与耐药之间多次变化。临床药师全程参与协助临床医师制定个体化抗感染方案，获得理想的抗感染治疗效果。结论临床药师参与CRPA治疗，实现了抗感染治疗方案个体化及抗菌药物多学科协作。
