    [Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigate whethertherearepainhypersensitivityanddepresion-likebehaviorsinamousemodel ofParkinson’sdisease(PD)establishedbyinducingunilaterallesionof thecorpusstriatumusing6-hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA). MethodsAtotalof17C57BL/6mice，aged7weeks，wererandomlydivided intocontrolgroup(injected with normal saline)and model group (injected with 6-OHDA)，and the method of stereotactic injection was used to inject 2μL of normal saline or 2.5g/L 6-OHDAintotheleftcorpus striatum.After2 weeks，theVonFreytest，thetail suspensiontest，andtheforced swimming test were performed to measure the 50% hind paw withdrawal threshold and the percentage of immobility time.ResultsThe von Frey test showed that compared with the control group ......
