    [Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigate theeffectof polydopamine nanoparticles(PDANPs)onthe motor behaviorof mice with Parkinson’s disease(PD)inducedby6-hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA).MethodsMaleC57BL/6 mice,aged8 weks,were selectedas experimentalanimalsand weredivided intoControl group,PDANPstreatmentgroup(PDA group),modelgroup(6- OHDA group),and combined treatment group(6-OHDA + PDA group).
