    [Abstract]ObjectiveTo prepare glabridin nanoparticle,andto investigateits efectonmotorfunctionin mice with Parkinson'sdisease(PD)induced by1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine(MPTP).MethodsGlabridinand polydopamine(PDA)wereused tosynthesize glabridin nanoparticles(Glab-PDANPs)through self-assmbly,andthen Glab-PDA NPs werecharacterized.A total of 24 C57BL/6 mice,aged 8 wees,were randomlydivided into MPTPgroup,Glab-PDA NPs treatment group,and control group,with 8 miceineach group.The micein the MPTP group and the Glab-PDA NPstreatment group were given intraperitoneal njectionof MPTPtoestablishamodelofsubacutePD.The miceinthe Glab-PDANPs treatment group were given injectionofGlab-PDANPsthroughthecaudalveinsinceday3before modelingtilltheendof modeling ......
